Cermag Spa was founded in 1987 by the Goldoni family, owners of the tractor and agricultural machinery company bearing their name.

«The original intuition was to create a specific company to sell spare parts of other brands to our dealer network», recalls Elisabetta Goldoni, who has been managing director of the company since 2000. «I joined the company after seven years at Goldoni, where I had the chance to gain experience in both the administrative and commercial areas. At the time, Cermag had around 15 employees». Today Cermag is a leading company in Italy for the production and marketing of spare parts for tractors, agricultural and gardening machinery, with more than 50 employees and a turnover of almost 27 million Euros, with a widespread distribution in Italy and important expansion projects at European level. «We are present in the main countries - from Spain to Portugal, from France to Germany and Balkan countries, where we are developing interesting supply agreements».

CERMAG is a dynamic and modern company, a benchmark for the agricultural and professional gardening sector. The plant is located in Rio Saliceto, in the heart of Emilia, which boasts a long history in the field of agricultural components, over an area of over 15,000 square metres with more than 250,000 items always available and 50,000 items in an automated warehouse.

It selects spare parts from mainly Italian manufacturers, and markets the main brands in the sector:
Since 2015, already 90% of orders have been placed through their website, which provides registered customers with a constantly evolving and updated catalogue. Cermag also has a sales network with 16 agents covering the whole of Italy and 3 area managers for foreign countries, who provide both commercial and technical advice to retailers.
